Testing... Edit: OMG AN EARTHQUAKE IN SANTIAGO(WHERE I LIVE) WHILE I AM TESTING!!! It was strong :S Luckily Chile is a seismic country and buildings are prepared Edit 2: Frist error: Redstone wire CAN be placed in some of these blocks if you click on a wall and not the block itself. At least with dispensers. Edit 3: Second error: Actually, repeaters can be set to 4 ticks max, and 10 ticks=1 seconds. Edit 4: Third error: You forgot to say about glowstone properties with redstone. Edit 5: Fourth error: You forgot to say about the difference between wood and stone pressure plates. Wood pressure plates can be activated by dropped items, but stone ones can't. Edit 6: Fifth error: Actually, buttons emit a signal of 9 ticks, 9/10 a second. Edit 7: You could said about solid blocks blocking redstone diagonal-vertical signals, but not transparent ones (glass, ice, glowstone*, pistons...) Edit 8: "Dispensers cannot be powered by a wire going by". WTF?! Edit 9: Well done!!! But what about the logic gates? And i don't think this map needs some advanced things like elevators, what about only finishing the logic gates and make a second map for guides?
I like it, fix what i said and it will be very useful!
Hi, I've been working on a Redstone Lab map for people learning redstone.
It contains a beginner area, logic gate area, useful circuits parts (monostable circuits, clocks, etc), bigger contraptions, piston doors, etc...
Here are my advices, if you don't mind
¤ Creative mode is really nice while on a learning map.
¤ Before putting anything in, double-check if there is no newer version of it.
Ex: 2x2 (and 3x2 if you put redstone over the highest two yellow blocks) piston door:
¤ Everything else has been said by samruxman.
Holy cow! That is some serious testing!
It would be terrific and amazing if you could pay a visit to my redstone lab, Sir.
(You'll find it by following my signature' link, if ever you don't mind giving me a hand.)
And the earthquake was serious too, there is tsunami alert D:!
Forget it. Eh... I will test it tomorrow i think. Edit: So yeah, i tested fastly your map. My post is in your thread.
